These Terms govern your use of the Strollday (漫日) mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), published by TechTransLab, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where these Terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement controls for the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
Strollday does not require or offer an account. Your use of the app is not tied to any identity we hold.
The clips and vlogs you make with Strollday ("Your Content") are created and stored on your device. We do not host, upload, view, or have any access to Your Content, and we claim no rights in it.
You agree to use Strollday lawfully. In particular, respect other people's privacy and the rules of the places you film, and do not use the app to record anyone in a way that breaks the law.
Strollday is currently free to download and use. If we ever offer paid features, their price and terms will be shown before you buy, and purchases will be handled by the app store you use.
Some features rely on services provided by your device's operating system, such as the camera, Photos, notifications, and place names from Apple's or Android's geocoding service. Those services are provided by Apple or Google under their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The app, its software, design, and the Strollday and 漫日 names and logos belong to TechTransLab, LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the Service.
The app includes open source components used under their own licenses. The list of components and their licenses is at Third-Party Licenses.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT STORED ON YOUR DEVICE WILL NOT BE LOST.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHTRANSLAB, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR CONTENT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD 50).
You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. Your license ends automatically if you break these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Taipei, Taiwan.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update this page and the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the new Terms take effect means you accept them.
